The Shared Journey Matters

We don't wear the white coats or ride on the white horses.
"Adaptive Fashion" is a design-centered platform that connects like-minded designers directly with consumers. We believe that designers who have experienced supporting aging or developing family members with reduced mobility can offer valuable adaptive designs and empathetic services to caregivers and disabled consumers.

Meet the Designer

"👋 Hi, I’m Shu-yi, the creative mind behind @newmoonsago, based in Oakland, CA. Alongside my family, I am passionate about fashion upcycling—giving pre-loved clothing a fresh, new life. Think of me as a re-designer, transforming old pieces into something unique and meaningful.

I love turning outdated items into conversation starters—pieces that not only tell stories but also bring people together. For me, fashion is a reflection of who we are and a way to express our individuality while meeting our practical needs."
